Resin Essence has been an unnamed company for many years!  It was officially founded by Timi Dorgu in 2019 – However, it has been many, many years in the making…

 

The journey was initially started 15 years ago out of a personal concern regarding the levels of chemicals present / predominant in daily usage, all over body creams and hair products.

And so, the formulations began….

What started as a personal concern quickly grew into a mission towards the use of organic, natural and vegan skincare as an alternative to chemically manufactured products, to maintain healthy skin and a sense of wellbeing.

 

It was when I was gifted Boswellia (Frankincense) that my universe changed – It enabled me to look at pain in a different way - my life would be no longer the same.

 

My mission now became a blessed obsession. In researching the different varieties, its properties and experiencing first-hand the unbound, powerful, life enhancing, pain relieving and healing properties of the Boswellia Genus.

I was hooked and committed to incorporating this phenomenon into my formulations, my every-day life, and into the lives of others.

And so… Resin Essence was born.

At Resin Essence we are committed to producing high quality hand crafted artisanal products in small batches.

We believe in only using organic, natural and raw ingredients in our products to the highest standards of quality.

We use the whole boswellia resin in our creations (not just the essential oil) – so that all of the possible benefits are realised and nothing is wasted.
