We have combined the magnificent properties of the Boswellia genus with the ultra moisturising and healing qualities of shea butter and other fantastic additions

Shea butter has been used on the African continent for thousands of years. I could always tell as a child when an aunty had brought some from Nigeria as its woody, earthy yet grounding scent would permeate through the whole suitcase it travelled in. All the way from a bustling Nigerian market safely to London Town.

Our shea butter is sourced from West Africa - Ghana and Nigeria as these regions are renowned for their superior quality in the production of the butter, also their trees produce a more dense butter which we love.

It has various compounds which cosmetically reduce wrinkle depth, improve skin elasticity and promotes firmer and softer skin and with Boswellia by its side, the benefits are endlesssssssssssssss!!!!!!!

We use ingredients as close to their raw state as possible focusing on methods such as steam distilled, raw, unrefined, unbleached etc. The less manipulated the more we love it!

Our unique blend of Boswellia resins (Serrata, Sacra, Papyrifera and Carterii) is used with a high quality organic extra virgin olive oil to make our Resin Essence infusions. All of the resins we use have been scientifically confirmed to contain crucial Boswellic Acids (AKBA).

Using the ancient method of oil infusion will enable the properties of the Boswellia resin to seep into the carrier oil (Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil). This allows for important properties from the resin to be infused / suspended into the oil. Resulting in the properties from both the resin and the oil to be deployed to the skin, body and hair.

Our unique signature blend is made up of Boswellia Sacra, Boswellia Serrata, Boswellia Papyrifera and Boswellia Carterii. Each resin strain has been found to contain powerful properties and also Boswellic Acids (AKBA), which are NOT found in the essential oil.

We hand grind the WHOLE RESIN to ensure the fundamental properties are passed into the oil - and nothing is wasted.
